We provide a delivery service to the majority of UK mainland addresses. You can use any of the following services for our balloons, partyware and fancy dress. For our Balloon in a Box or Balloon Displays your order will be prepared the day before your chosen delivery date. The Balloon in a Box service is only available using our next day option – all other products are available via The Royal Mail or Evri.

We do not post out any inflated balloons using this service.

While we utilise Royal Mail - Tracked 24 (next business day) we cannot guarantee accuracy or speed of delivery. We do however, provide your email address and mobile number so you receive updates directly from The Royal Mail

We will also provide relevant tracking details via your Order Pages on our website. Once dispatched we will provide updates and estimated dates and times of arrival.

Order before 11:30 Monday – Friday for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 11:30 will be despatched the following day. If you place an order over the weekend, we will despatch the next working day.

Select your delivery date at the checkout if you are ordering in advance.

Please note the delivery time chosen is Next Day (8am-8pm) or before 1pm (8am-1pm). However, you can choose your required shipping option and time, during your checkout process.

Due to the current circumstances, couriers are experiencing incredibly high volumes of parcel deliveries and cannot 100% guarantee nominated Delivery. Therefore, we recommend you select 1-2 days before your celebrations for Delivery to allow for delays or check with our team to see if our Local Delivery is more suitable.

Our delivery partners will send you an estimated time for your delivery arrival.

You will be able to track your parcel from 5pm on the day before your delivery date.

Please provide an email address and mobile phone number at time of purchase to receive confirmation of shipment and an estimated time of arrival of your delivery.

In instances of Industrial or Strike Action that renders the delivery partner not being able to fulfil the delivery requirements, we will locate other suitable delivery partners. On these occasions we will keep you informed of any changes to carriage fees and delivery estimates. We do not accept responsibility for late deliveries if your items are already in transit. 

We will however, assist you in locating your parcels and work with the delivery partner to resolve such events as quickly as possible. In some cases this might mean, we will re-issue the order via an alternate partner and recover your transiting parcel at cost to the partner.

From our shop 20 Ambrose Street, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (GL50 3LL) within our normal shop opening hours, between Monday to Saturday, 09.00 am to 5.00 pm. Please note that our hours may differ due to Seasonal Requirements – please check our Contact page at time of ordering to ensure you are aware of any changes.

'Click & Collect' orders are processed as a priority and are available for collection dependent on stock levels. Please allow 2-4 days for instore collection, we will notify when items are ready pick up. If you need an order sooner please contact us on 01242 578157 to discuss your requirements.

Please consider the size of your order and the size of your vehicle before collection. You will need to ensure that your vehicle is clean & clear of any sharp edges - we recommend putting seats down in your vehicle for extra space. Please ensure your driving view is not obscured by your collection – we recommend tying your balloon bags down to contain them whilst in transit for your safety. The Party Hut Limited is not responsible for your items or their transit once you have left our store.

Whilst we will endeavour to use the products exactly as advertised for your order, occasionally, there may be cases where we need to make minor amendments to your chosen products. Should this be the case, we will provide as similar as possible and only make changes if we feel happy that the overall feel and look of the product being sent to you matches the theme or style of what you ordered. If we cannot do this, we will contact you with alternatives.
